Guided by time and our careful hands, this process continues until the wine's natural evolution reveals its full authenticity. On the nose, an interplay of crisp fresh fruit aromas, such as Golden Delicious apple and pear, alternates with delicate white floral notes, particularly linden blossom and jasmine. On the palate, it is fresh, silky and long-lasting, displaying remarkable balance and a perfectly integrated mineral character. Its aromatic complexity unfolds on the finish, leaving a lasting impression with exceptional persistence.
