Bottega Bianchin has been synonymous with goodness and quality since the last century. A family tradition that resists the homogenization of taste with new olfactory stimuli and textures. An artisanal bakery where the expert craftsmanship of master bakers meets experimentation. A forge of ideas and flavors infused with history and tradition. It all began in the autumn of 1955, when Alfredo and Augusta enthusiastically embraced the baker’s trade in Fonte, a small town in the province of Treviso. Over the years, the business grew and baking became the family’s calling, actively involving their children. In 1986 came the turning point: the reopening of the old “Wood-Fired Oven of Asolo”. The quality and authenticity of the products had an extraordinary echo in the Asolo valleys, soon leading to the opening of other shops in the area. Growing success created the need for greater production capacity, and in 2004 the business was moved to the Paderno del Grappa facility, covering 900 sqm, where a huge oven still bakes wood-fired bread according to ancient tradition.

With increased production capacity, the product range also expanded: the Paderno site is equipped with a Research & Development, Training and Education Area, where new recipes are studied and continuous research is carried out in the field of intolerances.
"Genuine baked goods crafted with passion and respect for tradition."
The success of Bottega Bianchin is a mix of factors: high-quality raw materials, respect for tradition, a wide range of products meeting market demands, and the daily dedication of the whole family. The mission is to remain closely tied to the territory while offering innovative products that reinterpret tradition, such as the “classic” revisited panettone. An example of the level of excellence and innovation achieved in recent years. Raisins meet grappa, flour binds with eggs. Long leavening gives a soft texture. Bottega Bianchin’s answer is one and only: the Panettone del Grappa. The Panettone del Grappa is a symbol of Venetian excellence, a storyteller of history, a painter of the places where Italy’s past was shaped. An exceptional product with much to tell. A story that begins on the snowy peaks of Veneto, on Monte Grappa, the massif that has silently dominated the region. “Monte Grappa, you are my homeland,” sing the Alpini. Here the idea was born: to create a product steeped in tradition, unfolding into an intoxicating heart. The strong flavor of grappa merges with sugar through a soft dough interspersed with the texture of raisins. The raisins are soaked in grappa for four days.

The strong aroma of the distillate marries the sweetness of dried fruit, giving life to a unique product with a refined taste. The leavening process is particularly long — patience is required to achieve the best. Like a fruit, the Panettone del Grappa ripens: soft, intoxicating, and highly fragrant. A curious gift for those who love to surprise. A special present for those who want to impress. A new recipe that, like the entire line of baked goods, Bottega Bianchin offers as the result of constant research.
