HACCP Compliance Declaration
Vaigustando S.r.l., with registered office in Asolo (TV), Viale E. Fermi 14/T, VAT No. 05393530265, declares that it has adopted and implemented a company self-control system based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles, in compliance with Regulation (EC) 852/2004.
The self-control procedure covers all phases of our activity:
- sourcing products directly from producers, with documentary and visual checks (delivery notes, batches, labels, expiry dates, packaging integrity)
- storage and order management in compliance with preservation temperatures and good hygiene practices
- traceability guaranteed through the Shopify platform, with batch recording and customer data
- safe shipping to the final consumer.
Vaigustando S.r.l. also ensures compliance with hygienic behavioral standards for the safe handling of food, such as:
- frequent hand washing
- accurate personal hygiene
- awareness of staff health conditions
- protection of food from insects and rodents
- constant cleaning of surfaces and worktops
- strict compliance with storage temperatures.
At the company’s headquarters and warehouses, a printed and accessible copy of the Manual for Micro Food Enterprises – Simplified Self-Control Project is available, used as a reference for training and the application of good hygiene practices.
