Refund policy

Pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, you have the right to withdraw from a contract, without having to state any reasons, according to the procedures set out below.

To exercise this right, you must inform:

of your decision to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the purchased product, by means of an explicit declaration (letter, fax or e-mail).

 

Effects of withdrawal

The return of products purchased on the Vaigustando online shop is possible within 14 days from receipt of the goods, by following the procedure described below:

1. Log in to your reserved area, state that you wish to return the entire order or part of it and indicate the reason, then select the items to be returned, providing the IBAN code to be used for the refund. You can then view the return form to print and enclose in the parcel, and view the destination address for the returned goods.

2. Book the courier of your choice and hand over the parcel, enclosing the printed form.

3. Vaigustando will check the returned goods and send you an e-mail containing confirmation of the return.

4. You will receive a refund of the amount paid within 15 working days, by bank transfer to the bank account (IBAN) indicated in the return request.
Returned products must not be altered in any way, must bear all original labels and must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

within 14 days from the day on which the withdrawal was communicated (it is sufficient that the shipment is made within 14 days, regardless of the date on which the goods reach our warehouse).

Once the return has been processed, a credit will be issued to reverse the full order amount, except for any products that have not been returned.
