Shipping policy

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, the total weight and the chosen delivery method.

 

For all shipments we guarantee speed and safety, using eco-friendly packaging.

We take the utmost care in packing and shipping our products, ensuring speed and safety for every single shipment. The use of boxes specifically designed to hold the products properly during transport guarantees the integrity of food products throughout the journey. In this way, customers receive the products in excellent condition, preserving their taste and aromas. Products in the wines, liqueurs and spirits category are shipped exclusively using patented NACKPAK® packaging. A complex system of supports and specially designed collapse zones in the event of impact make this packaging among the safest and most reliable on the market. The packaging is eco-friendly and the entire box is 100% recyclable.

Orders are handed over to the express courier on average within 1 working day from payment confirmation; to ensure maximum integrity and preservation of the purchased products, orders are not transferred to couriers on Saturdays and Sundays.

In any case, some products may not be immediately available and procurement times may become longer than expected. In this situation, a Vaigustando representative will contact the customer to provide information on the available alternatives.

It is important to remember that the availability of certain products may be affected by external factors, such as high order volumes during specific periods. However, Vaigustando is committed to providing the best possible service and, although a little patience may sometimes be required, customers will be able to enjoy authentic treasures of Italian food and wine.

Once your order has been processed and after confirmation that your purchase has been accepted, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking link so you can follow your shipment at any time with the relevant courier. During peak seasons (for example the Christmas holidays), delivery times may be longer. If the purchased product is not delivered or is delivered late compared to the delivery times indicated during the purchase process and in the order confirmation, Article 61 of the Italian Consumer Code shall apply. Among the possible causes of delay are strikes and any other circumstances not attributable to Vaigustando SRL. 

Delivery costs vary according to the total amount of the order and the destination country.

If you choose to collect your order from our premises in Resana (Treviso), Via per Resana 33/E, delivery costs are waived.
