Grape variety: 100% Glera
: Production area: Hills of Castelcucco, Monfumo, Asolo.
Land characteristics: Asolani hills, altitude 200-250 metres above sea level, south-east exposure, slightly calcareous clay soil, non-weeded vineyards.
Color: straw yellow with green reflections.
Perlage: fine and persistent, sparkles in the glass.
The lively perlage brings to the nose delicate and authentic aromas such as an exquisite white and exotic fruit jelly wrapped in white flower petals, the lime and the hint of nettle refresh everything.
