From a selection of grapes from the areas near Valdobbiadene, CAJ is an elegant product, both on the palate and to the eye.
The vinification of these grapes, after the strictly manual harvest, is done in compliance with traditional techniques using modern technologies, to always guarantee a product that is as genuine as it is refined.
Rich and creamy, it is fine and dry, fresh and drinkable, releasing notes of well-ripened apples.
