Metodo Classico Extra Brut Rosè Tre
The Product in Brief:
The Extra Brut Rosé TRE is the sparkling wine Marco Buvoli created for aperitifs and conversations with friends by the sea. A lively and refined wine, it combines strong acidity, intense aromas, and the clear expression of Pinot Noir in its most authentic nuances: small red fruits, hints of spice, citrus, and aromatic herbs. This cuvée uses a blend of wood-aged wine and stainless steel: the former provides complexity and depth, the latter enhances freshness and fruitiness. The result is an elegant, modern Rosé perfect for convivial moments.
As sommelier André Senoner, a great Pinot Noir expert, explains, it presents a bold and lively nose, with a fine perlage. Intense aromas of orange blossom, blueberry, and blackberry emerge from the glass, intertwining with floral notes. The finish offers an undertone of hazelnuts and toasted almonds, with a hint of coffee. On the palate, it is a wine with a balance between freshness and savory flavors: it offers a slight astringency thanks to the presence of beautiful tannins in the aftertaste, with a further boost from notes of blood orange and grapefruit zest. Enveloping and rounded on the palate, it concludes with a finish that is both taut and pleasant.
