Ho avuto il piacere di scoprire il OROCHIARO Prosecco DOC rosè Brut Millesimato durante una visita alle colline della provincia di Treviso, e posso dire con certezza che è un prodotto di fascia alta che merita ogni elogio. Al naso, il bouquet di frutti rossi maturi è avvolgente e invitante, mentre al palato si presenta leggero e morbido, con una freschezza che stuzzica i sensi. Il perlage sottile e persistente ne esalta l'eleganza, rendendolo ideale per aperitivi raffinati o cene a base di pesce e verdure. La perfetta corrispondenza tra olfatto e gusto è una delle sue caratteristiche distintive, con le note di ciliegia che ritornano in bocca in un equilibrio perfetto tra acidità e morbidezza. La gradazione alcolica di 11,5% è giusta, non invadente, e contribuisce alla piacevolezza complessiva dell'esperienza di degustazione. Il OROCHIARO si è rivelato un eccellente accompagnamento per formaggi.

In the mouth this sparkling wine is fresh and fruity, with a good aromatic persistence.
There is a perfect correspondence between smell and taste, the red fruit returns predominantly in the mouth.

Vinification: Separate vinification with soft pressing of the grapes, static decantation and fermentation at 18° C with selected yeasts for the Glera and red maceration for the Pinot Noir.
The blending of wines for the rosé base is done before the second fermentation in an autoclave with the Charmat method for 60 days.
