Our passion for authentic products takes us directly to the slopes of Monte Grappa, where we carefully collect only the youngest dandelion leaves.
This careful selection is the first step in the creation of our aromatic sauce, which is distinguished by a surprising bitter note, a characteristic element of this plant.

To further enrich the flavor and texture, we add some Grana cheese, transforming the sauce into a smooth and inviting cream.
