Asolo Prosecco Superiore DOCG

Asolo Prosecco Superiore is the sparkling wine of the Asolo Prosecco DOCG, recognised in 2009. It is made on the hills of the Montello and the Colli Asolani, in the province of Treviso, from at least 85% Glera.

Seven wines are available here, from two wineries: Cirotto and La Caneva dei Biasio. From driest to sweetest, the dosages are Extra Brut, Brut and Extra Dry. The three Millesimato wines from Cirotto state their vintage. The Millesimato Extra Dry also comes in a 1.5-litre magnum.
