It can be used pure for short leavening on bread and mixed with Aurum type 1 for low-gluten pizzas with high nutritional values.
Storage: Keep the product in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Once opened, the product deteriorates rapidly. Please refer to the instructions on the label.
