The Product in Brief:
Sparkling wine made from 100% Glera grapes with natural refermentation in the bottle.
It is liked for its novelty and because it transmits the genuineness and naturalness of the tradition of the Asolo hills.
Excellent as an aperitif and with fish and white meat dishes.
It is obtained by following the natural method.
At the bottom of the bottle are residual yeasts, a guarantee of authenticity.
Grape variety: 100% Glera
Production area: Hills of Castelcucco, Monfumo, Asolo.
Land Characteristics: Asolani hills, altitude 180-200 metres above sea level, south-east exposure, slightly calcareous clay soil, non-weeded vineyards.
Color: straw yellow with light veiling expresses naturalness.
Perlage: Fine, sinuous and slightly persistent.
It is popular for its novelty and because it conveys the authenticity and naturalness of the tradition of our hills.
Each single bottle referments naturally.
Serving temperature: 4-6 C°
Alcohol Content: 11.50%
Vinification: soft pressing, white vinification at controlled temperature, bottling 6-7 months after the harvest, rest on indigenous yeasts for at least 12 months.
Yield per hectare: 135 quintals/hectare
Harvest period: Entirely manual harvest in the second ten days of September.
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif and with fish and white meat dishes.
