Metodo Classico Extra Brut Rosè Tre Magnum
The Product in Brief:
The Extra Brut Rosé TRE in the Magnum version is the sparkling wine that Marco Buvoli created for aperitifs and conversations with friends by the sea. A lively and refined wine that combines vibrant acidity, intense aromas and the unmistakable expression of Pinot Nero in its most authentic nuances: small red berries, delicate spice notes, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs. For this cuvée, part of the wine is aged in wood and part in stainless steel: the former gives complexity and depth, while the latter enhances freshness and fruit. The result is an elegant, modern Rosé, perfect for convivial moments.
As described by sommelier André Senoner, a renowned Pinot Nero expert, the wine presents itself with a lively and decisive bouquet and a fine perlage. The glass reveals intense aromas of orange blossom, blueberries and blackberries intertwined with floral notes. The finish brings hints of hazelnuts and toasted almonds with a touch of coffee. On the palate, it achieves a beautiful balance between freshness and minerality: a light astringent sensation from fine tannins in the aftertaste is accompanied by notes of blood orange and grapefruit peel. Round and enveloping on the palate, it closes with a finish that combines tension and pleasure.
