Pacifico still white wine from Glera grapes
The Product in Brief:
Vino Pacifico is a still white wine produced from the Glera variety, with a fresh and fruity character that reflects its territory of origin: the hills of the Pedemontana Veneta.
Of an intense straw yellow, it opens on the nose with fragrant varietal aromas reminiscent of apple and bread crust.
In the mouth, a pleasant effervescence is perceived which harmonizes perfectly with the freshness of the fruity flavours.
It is a versatile wine, perfect to accompany appetizers and not too elaborate first courses.
Ideal served with appetizers based on cold cuts and fresh cheeses, fish carpaccio, light first courses based on vegetables or fish.
It also goes well with baked or grilled fish dishes.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 8°C and 10°C to best appreciate its organoleptic qualities.
Ideal with early spring vegetables such as aromatic herb omelettes, savory pies with seasonal vegetables, and salads with sprouts, also excellent with fish-based dishes such as seafood risotto, spaghetti with clams, raw fish.
