Prosecco DOC Treviso Vino Frizzante
The Product in Brief:
The Prosecco DOC Treviso Frizzante with its string-tied closure, from the Caneva dei Biasio winery, is a wine of genuine charm and an emblem of the rural tradition of the Treviso countryside. It is made from Glera and complementary varieties grown in the most suitable hillside areas of the DOC Treviso, produced with the Charmat method to obtain a fine, delicate bubble. Bottling with the string closure recalls the old farmhouse way of sealing bottles, a symbol of craftsmanship and of the bond with the land. In the glass it shows a straw yellow colour with a light, continuous perlage. On the nose it offers floral aromas of acacia and wisteria, alongside fruity notes of yellow apple and pineapple. On the palate it is dry, fresh and harmonious, with balanced softness and a pleasant liveliness that accompanies the whole meal with elegance.
