Strada Riela naturally refermented sur lie
The Product in Brief:
Strada Riela is a sparkling wine obtained from 100% Vespaiola grapes, coming from the hills of Santa Lucia in Breganze.
It is a wine refermented in the bottle and preserved on the yeasts, a technique that allows to enhance its liveliness and give it an authentic and natural character.
During the winemaking process, the grapes are manually harvested in 10kg boxes to ensure the highest quality, followed by soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 18°C.
The refermentation takes place in the bottle, without the addition of sulphites, leaving a light sediment on the bottom, a sign of its authenticity.
To the eye it appears straw yellow with greenish reflections, with small, long-lasting bubbles.
On the nose, there are alternating aromas of fresh fruit, citrus fruits such as grapefruit and orange peel.
In the mouth it has a good structure.
Pleasant not only as an aperitif, but throughout the meal.
Exciting during a chat with friends, relaxing after sports or satisfying after a hot summer day.
It enhances fish, enhances pizza and can be drunk during a frugal meal.
Three ways to taste it:
1) From clear to cloudy: Pour slowly into the glass until it becomes cloudy for those who want the sediment2) Clear: Decanter slowly to separate the sediment and serve in a flute or glass with a "perlage point"3) All the sediment: Shake the bottle when very cold, open at an angle and pour directly to savour the wine in its most authentic form
