Some wineries are born from centuries-old traditions, while others take shape from a contemporary vision. Redalmo belongs to this second dimension: a young reality, yet already deeply rooted in Venetian agricultural culture. The project stems from the meeting between Elisa Dal Cero and Mattia Molinaro, two family paths linked to the land that find a natural synthesis in viticulture. Here, wine is not just production, but an interpretation of the territory, a construction of identity, a search for balance between memory and future.
Redalmo develops across two complementary areas of eastern Veneto: the Colli Berici and Val d'Alpone. These are two distinct viticultural landscapes in terms of geological origin and microclimate, yet united by a strong winemaking vocation. In the Colli Berici, between Lonigo and Alonte, the calcareous-marly soils and red clays of marine origin give the wines depth and structure. In Val d'Alpone, on the other hand, the volcanic matrix and higher altitudes create a more mineral and vertical profile, where freshness and tension become distinctive elements.
Work in the vineyard follows a conscious agronomic approach, aimed at safeguarding natural balances. Soil management prioritizes low environmental impact techniques and a vision that centers biodiversity. It is in this context that wines capable of precisely reflecting the character of the place are born. Varietal selection represents one of the most distinctive elements of the project: alongside the historic grape varieties of Veneto, Redalmo explores less common varieties such as Marselan, interpreting contemporary viticulture as a continuous dialogue between tradition and research.
In the cellar, the approach is characterized by measure and precision. Vinifications are conducted with the aim of preserving aromatic integrity, balance, and territorial readability. Aging is calibrated according to the grape variety and vintage, avoiding stylistic excesses and favoring an authentic and coherent expression. The result is a range of wines that combines accessibility and depth, with a recognizable style based on freshness, tension, and finesse.
Redalmo is the meeting of diverse soils and complementary visions. Between varietal research and respect for origin. Between a new generation of winemakers and the deep memory of the Venetian territory.
Redalmo's presence on Vaigustando represents a natural convergence of values: the desire to support independent producers capable of interpreting the territory with authenticity and the selection of wines that tell the story of contemporary Veneto through a precise, sustainable, and identity-driven enological language.
