Gini - Viticoltori dal 1570
Gini tells the story of over four centuries of viticulture through wines deeply connected to the hills around Verona. From the Soave Classico of Monteforte d’Alpone, where Garganega sinks its roots into the volcanic soils of the historic growing area, to the high hills of Campiano, in the eastern Alta Valpolicella, the family interprets different terroirs and grape varieties according to the same philosophy: respect for the land, certified organic farming and time as an essential element in the creation and evolution of wine.
The collection unfolds through four expressions of the winery: Soave Classico and Recioto, the historic heart of Gini’s production; the Perle d’Alta Quota from Campiano, made from grape varieties that find a special vocation at higher altitudes; Metodo Classico, where time and long ageing on the lees take centre stage; and the great red wines of Valpolicella, including Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG and the Riserva wines. Four paths to discover the identity of a family that has been cultivating and interpreting the hills of Verona since 1570.
