Blonde Aloysia Herbal Beer style
The Product in Brief:
Low-fermentation off-style blonde beer with decoction of wheat, American hops and lemon verbena (Aloysia citriodora) in infusion.
The refreshing and complex taste recalls the herbaceous and citrus notes of Lemon Balm, the finish is dry and bitter. The foam is white and creamy. N-BEERS are bottom-fermented beers, in which the yeasts added to the must work at temperatures between 7 and 9 degrees centigrade.
The complete maturation of the beer requires at least 5 or 6 weeks, at the end of which the yeast residues settle to the bottom, hence the name “bottom” fermentation. The packaging used is recyclable, lightweight and protects the beer from oxidation even from light.
This way you will be able to better appreciate all the aromatic notes that characterise the taste of N-BEER.
