The Product in Brief:
Cabernet, originally from Bordeaux, is one of the most widespread red grape varieties in the world for the production of wines of notable quality and longevity. It has an excellent capacity to adapt not only to very different climates, but also to various winemaking techniques from which intense wines are obtained, already in colour and rich in tannins. This Cabernet Veneto IGT “Il Tralcetto” 2023 is a fully-fledged member of the great reds of the Piave that have found their natural habitat in Eastern Veneto, revealing itself to be a red wine of remarkable drinkability due to its freshness and tannicity. The good concentration highlights dry tannins and fruity hints, allowing the wood notes to filter through but never covering a lively freshness. From the intense, complex and fascinating bouquet, notes emerge that recall the woods, fruity and spicy, herbaceous. Recommended with red meat roasts, noble poultry, game and venison, mature cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18/20° C, in square glasses. We recommend removing it from its storage place one day before to gradually bring it up to temperature.
