TesiRare GrigioRamato Pinot Grigio “Macerato” Organic – Orange Wine
The Product in Brief:
A study of the vine that lasted years, a knowledge that every day has become clearer and clearer and that has shown us the way to create what at that moment was not yet in our imagination. Yet with naturalness and anticipation the TesiRare line was born, sincere wines that tell the secrets of our territory with every sip. Pinot Grigio “macerated” is a wine that comes from a noble and complex grape that needs care and attention to give its purest aroma, during the 2020 vintage, 7,333 bottles of this Pinot Grigio BIO D.O.C. delle Venezie were produced. Pinot Grigio has a natural intensity and aromatic depth: we wanted it to express them fully. We left it in contact with what surrounds the grapes since their origin, the skin, inside amphorae where flavors and aromas are released without forcing, without haste, simply waiting for the must to welcome the best of the aromas, properties and color. The result is GrigioRamato: a macerated wine with great structure, an intense sensory experience, a profound expression of our territory and of this vine. Due to its particularities, we leave it to you to interpret the organoleptic notes based on the moment of drinking. Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fried foods, fish-based starters and white meats.
