Alfredo E' un'esperienza unica da gustare nelle occasioni più speciali.
The Product in Brief:
We are Cantina Muratori, a family deeply tied to the heart of Franciacorta, where for over twenty years we have expressed our passion through wines that embody the authentic values and identity of our land.
With the 2020 harvest, we took a decisive step, choosing to collaborate with the renowned winemaker Dr.
Riccardo Cotarella and his team of experts, to bring our production to new levels of excellence.
Our production philosophy is distinguished by a unique approach: we do not rely on the liqueur to define our Franciacorta, but we aim to enhance the base wine, the result of a rigorous selection of grapes.
Through this process, we want to enhance the authentic characteristics of our territory, offering a tasting experience that reflects our dedication to quality and tradition.
Franciacorta Numero Zero is a tribute to the first wine created by Cantina Muratori, representing the Franciacorta par excellence.
Produced as a Zero Dosage Blanc de Blancs, this wine is free of expedition liquor, expressing in a pure and direct way the character of the terroir from which its grapes come.
The vines grow on morainic and hilly soils, giving the wine a strong personality and vibrant freshness.
The wine is aged on the lees for at least 18 months, a process that enhances its aromatic complexity and strong character, while maintaining freshness and vivacity.
On the palate, Numero Zero stands out for its good consistency and intensity.
The vibrant freshness marries perfectly with the structure of the wine, offering a long and clean finish, free of residual sweetness thanks to the zero dosage. This Franciacorta is perfect to accompany delicate first courses, white meats and baked fish.
Its purity and freshness make it a versatile pairing that enhances natural flavors without overpowering them.
