Muratori is much more than a winery: it is a true story of passion and dedication rooted in Villa Crespia, in the heart of Franciacorta, a physical place that represents the beating heart of our company. Our adventure began more than twenty years ago, when we decided to transform our family passion into a business reality strongly anchored to the territory of Franciacorta.

Between 1999 and 2002, we made a fundamental choice: carefully deciding where to plant our vineyards in order to best represent the pedoclimatic variety of Franciacorta. Our vineyards, located in different areas, extend up to an altitude of 350 meters above sea level, with some plots facing north toward the picturesque Lake Iseo. This choice allows us to grow grapes with unique characteristics, reflecting the complexity of the Franciacorta landscape. We meticulously selected the soils in which to plant our vineyards, covering all six vocational units of Franciacorta: Fine Deposits, Fluvio-Glacial, Distal Colluvium, Deep Morainic, Terraced Colluvium, and Thin Morainic. This diversification reflects our constant quest for variety and authenticity, which is a key element of our mission to produce Franciacorta wines of excellence.
Our winery is a harmonious synthesis of tradition and modernity, with a strong focus on environmental sustainability. We manage our vineyards under organic farming practices and are proudly energy self-sufficient thanks to an innovative agri-photovoltaic system that extends across the vineyards themselves. Starting with the 2020 harvest, we have been honored to rely on the expertise of the renowned Dr. Riccardo Cotarella, a leading figure in the world of oenology. Dr. Cotarella and his team of expert collaborators share with us a passion for Franciacorta and a love for its grapes, helping us bring the quality of our wines to new levels of excellence.
