Prosecco DOC Rosé Treviso Millesimato Brut
The Product in Brief:
The Prosecco DOC Rosé Treviso Millesimato Brut from the Caneva dei Biasio winery is an elegant rosé sparkling wine that joins the freshness of Glera to the finesse of Pinot Nero. The grapes, from selected vineyards in the DOC Treviso area, are vinified separately using the Charmat method, with a slow second fermentation that preserves aromas and delicacy. The result is a refined, modern rosé, pale pink and bright in colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose stands out for floral scents of wild rose and fruity notes of apple, pear and small red berries. On the palate it is dry, soft and harmonious, with pleasant freshness and a fruity finish that invites another sip.
