Sauvignon IGT
The Product in Brief:
This Sauvignon I.G.T. from the Caneva dei Biasio winery is made from selected Sauvignon grapes grown in the most suitable soils of the Veneto, where the ventilated climate and the swing between day and night temperatures heighten the aromatic intensity of the variety. Vinification takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature, to keep the varietal aromas and the natural freshness intact. After a short ageing in the bottle, the wine shows a typical, recognisable bouquet, with herbaceous notes of green pepper and sage. On the palate it is dry, soft and harmonious, with a pleasant warmth and long persistence.
