This very ancient cereal is also known as Granfarro.
It represents a sort of ancestor of soft wheat and is found on the market mainly under the name of Farro spelta.
Very interesting from a nutritional point of view, it is rich in beneficial properties, highly digestible and has a characteristic flavour.
It is closely related to Farro.
