Bigoli are one of the most iconic pastas in Venetian cuisine, famous for their rough texture and ability to retain sauces.
Traditionally prepared with egg, this version retains all the flavor and artisanal quality, using only organic Italian durum wheat semolina and pure water.

Our pasta is born from a passion for traditional processes: the dough is extruded through bronze and left to dry slowly at low temperatures, keeping the natural aromas of the wheat intact and guaranteeing a perfect consistency to retain every seasoning.
