SoloTreviso raspberry jam is a handcrafted product that celebrates the richness and authenticity of a fruit that is particularly widespread in the Veneto foothills.
The main ingredients are raspberries, which represent 70% of the jam, cane sugar and lemon juice, all selected to guarantee maximum quality and freshness.

Raspberries are harvested from mid-July until late September, when the fruits reach full ripeness, guaranteeing a characteristic and intense sweet-sour flavour.
In the production of this jam, SoloTreviso pays particular attention to preserving the natural properties of raspberries.

The juicing and cooking processes are designed to keep the fruits' nutritional and antioxidant properties intact, as well as their unique taste.
