Franciacorta DOCG Brut
The Product in Brief:
We are Cantina Muratori, a family deeply tied to the heart of Franciacorta, where for over twenty years we have expressed our passion through wines that embody the authentic values and identity of our land.
With the 2020 harvest, we took a decisive step, choosing to collaborate with the renowned winemaker Dr.
Riccardo Cotarella and his team of experts, to bring our production to new levels of excellence.
Our production philosophy is distinguished by a unique approach: we do not rely on the liqueur to define our Franciacorta, but we aim to enhance the base wine, the result of a rigorous selection of grapes.
Through this process, we want to enhance the authentic characteristics of our territory, offering a tasting experience that reflects our dedication to quality and tradition.
This Franciacorta Brut is born from the art of a skilful assembly of the company's most representative grapes, selected from the 54 hectares of vineyards distributed across the six Vocational Units of Franciacorta.
Each bunch is the result of careful care and selection, to give life to a cuvée that best expresses the essence of the territory.
Mainly Chardonnay grapes, this Franciacorta reflects the elegance and freshness characteristic of the region's leading grape variety.
Aged on the lees for a minimum of 18 months, this Franciacorta expresses remarkable complexity and structure, while maintaining freshness and drinkability.
Ideal as an aperitif, Franciacorta Brut Muratori pairs perfectly with raw fish, such as tartare and carpaccio, and dishes based on fresh or lightly grilled vegetables, enhancing the flavours without overpowering them.
