Red Radicchio in Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Product in Brief:
Radicchio rosso di SoloTreviso is not just a simple ingredient, but a true protagonist of the winter table.
With its unmistakable sweet-bitter aroma, this radicchio is a culinary specialty that awakens the senses and enriches every dish.
In SoloTreviso, we are passionately dedicated to the exclusive processing of the heart of the red Radicchio.
Our process begins with a full 20-day soak in the blanching vat, a crucial step in achieving both a plump and crispy texture.
We then process it cold with water, salt, vinegar and selected spices, a method that preserves all the organoleptic properties, flavours and unique consistency of the radicchio.
And finally, we put it in oil whole, enhancing its beauty and freshness.
But what makes our Radicchio rosso so unique? It's the way we take care of it, with care and respect, treating each heart as if it had its own name.
This approach allows us to offer a product of exceptional quality, which embodies the essence of tradition and territory.
Opening a jar of our red Radicchio means discovering a world of flavors and possibilities.
Enjoy it as a side dish, pairing perfectly with cheeses or cured meats, or enjoy its richness on a slice of toasted bread.
And if the temptation to eat it straight from the jar is too strong, don't worry: in SoloTreviso, you feel like part of the family!
