When we talk about our Radicchio Rosso, we describe it as "a feast for the palate", a phrase that perfectly captures the essence of this product that has become a true symbol of our culinary tradition. Starting from the scrupulous selection of the best radicchio plants, we carry out a preparation process that respects the richness of the flavors of our land.

These plants are carefully sautéed in a pan, along with a choice of herbs and a touch of wine, to enhance their taste.
But we don't stop here.
We have introduced an ingredient that adds a new dimension of flavor: olives.
The carefully selected olives blend perfectly with the radicchio, creating a balance of flavors that is both rich and delicate. The result is a sauce that contains the bitter and pleasantly pleasant flavor of the Red Radicchio, enriched by the presence of the olives.

In addition to the aforementioned Prosecco, appreciated and exported worldwide, in recent years, native grape varieties that had been forgotten have been re-evaluated, including Recantina and Rabbiosa dei Colli Asolani (Pat del Colmel).
