TesiRare BiancoGrigio "Integro" Organic Pinot Grigio Magnum – with Wooden Gift Box
The Product in Brief:
Years of studying the vine, knowledge that became clearer every day and showed us the way to create what was not yet in our imagination at that moment. Yet, with naturalness and patience, the TesiRare line was born, honest wines that reveal the secrets of our territory with every sip. BiancoGrigio is an authentic Pinot Grigio. In the 2023 vintage, 9,500 bottles of this organic DOC Pinot Grigio from Venezie were produced, in the Magnum version. The purity of the grape variety is preserved by a minimal but fundamental dialogue between wine, cement, and the environment that continues, nurtured by time and our hands, until the natural evolution of the wine expresses itself in all its authenticity. On the nose, it is immediately a succession of sensations linked to crisp fresh fruit, such as golden apple and pear, which alternate with hints of white flowers, including linden and jasmine. On the palate, it is fresh, silky, long, and well-balanced, with a perfectly integrated mineral vein: a retro-olfactory aromatic complexity of considerable impact and persistence. Excellent accompaniment to countless fish dishes.
